Quand on leur a dit surpris que ce vhicule n'tait pas rachet par la propritaire, tout le blme nous tombait dessus et allant mme nous dire qu'il fallait aviser 120 jours l'avance avant la fin du bail..... Bizarrement nous avons fait deux transactions de vhicules dernirement dans deux institutions diffrentes et tout a t merveilleux, sans problme et en plus on recevait de la documentation avant la fin des baux pour nous guider et nous donner des options avant le retour des vhicules. Pis en plus, chacun de nos arguments, on tait toujours les seuls dans cette situation!! On a d se pointer au bureau de la SAAQ pour finaliser ce que eux n'avaient pas fait. D'ailleurs la dame au bureau n'en revenait pas. Plus jamais .....
