Parfois les dneigeurs passaient 11 h et parfois pas avant 18h00. Une fois ou deux seulement ils sont passs avant 7h am Jai mme manqu des rdv mdicaux importants car il ne passaient pas. A plusieurs reprise nous avons simplement t oublis de leurs aveux. Nous comprenons quil manque de monde, et que les gens commencent et ne connaissent pas la run, mais nous avons quand mme pay pour un service que nous navons pas eu. A plusieurs reprises nous avons essay de contacter la compagnie afin de comprendre quest ce quil se passait, pendant et hors tempte, je nai reu quun appel, et la dame ma trs gentiment dit que a ne se reproduirait pas Malheureusement, chaque tempte nous devons appeler pour tre Dneiger. Ce matin, lors de mon appel au dneigeur, je lui demandais ce quil se passait trs calmement, quand il ma dit que nous tions les derniers de la run, et qu partir de maintenant, nous allions de toute faon pay car nous avions dpass la quantit de neige dans le contrat. Il ma galement dit que nous tions chanceux car normalement cest le double de se quil nous charge pour lhiver, puis ma dit bonne journe madame et ma raccroch au nez. Premirement, nous navons jamais demand une rduction ou quoi que ce soit donc je ne comprends pas comment on aurait eu un prix 50%. Deuximement, nous avons rappel pour comprendre pourquoi , il nous a dit quil navait pas de temps perdre avec nous, et raccrocher.
