Je lui dit dans ce cas mme s'il n'y a pas de rabais , le prix rgulier qu'elle a mis sur ma facture n'est pas le mme que le prix rgulier affich sur mes bottes (du moins de corriger cela)...Elle n'est pas l'coute et affiche clairement un comportement qui semble dire , je lui perds du temps(clairement dans sa tte c'est elle qui as raison). Sa collgue intervient et lui demande ce qui se passe: Elle lui dit que les bottines que j'ai achets n'ont pas leur tiquettes de prix dessus alors elle a cherch un autre modle semblable dans leur inventaire en ligne pour y mettre le prix trouv( Je trouve plate qu'elle fasse cela sans mme me demander directement le prix que j'ai vu ou aller vrifier dans le magasin d'abord) .J'interviens et je lui dit que pourtant les prix sont affichs sur les mmes modles de bottines l'endroit d'o j'ai pris cela. Juste que la seule taille 9 qui restait que j'ai donc pris n'ont pas l'tiquette de prix dessus. Elle peut donc aller vrifier le prix sur les autres. Mais cette caissire ne voulait pas non plus aller juste vrifier , pas d'importance accorde mes explications ou paroles et me l'a fait bien senti. J'espre que c'est pas parce que je suis une personne NOIRE de peau que j'ai pas t considre. Finalement elle demande aprs hsitation ,(genre contre son gr) sa collgue d'aller vrifier. J'accompagne sa collgue pour lui montrer cela. Sa collgue voit que j'ai raison en effet. De retour la caisse , sa collgue me fait le rabais de 50%. La caissire en question n'tait plus l notre retour sinon j'aurai aim lui adresser en personne ce que je pense de son comportement. Je n'est pas du tout apprci son comportement non verbal et verbal envers moi.
