I felt held hostage, as no alternative was offered to me other than staying with them!! H&R Block Rimouski's lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After so many years of loyalty, I expected respectful treatment and quality service. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite. Not only is my tax report still not done and we are at the end of May, the communication is deplorable, my concerns and my questions have been ignored, which has led to great frustration. Aprs tant d'annes de fidlit, je m'attendais un traitement respectueux et un service de qualit. Malheureusement, mon exprience a t tout le contraire. Non seulement mon rapport d'impts nest toujours pas fait et on est rendu la fin Mai, la communication est dplorable, mes proccupations et mes questions ont t ignores, ce qui a engendr une grande frustration. J'espre sincrement que H&R Block Rimouski rectifiera ses pratiques et amliorera son service l'avenir, mais pour ma part, je suis dsormais la recherche d'un nouveau comptable de confiance.
