Tu t'imagines donc quau moins (mme si les dlais de cette anne sont POUVANTABLES) quils ne feront pas derreurs ET bien encore l, ils sont capables de te surprendre! Erreurs basiques au fdral et au provincial (facilement consultable sur mes rapports prcdents) entrainant des dlais supplmentaires pour mes remboursements. 4- Le tlphone ne fonctionne pas en direct. Ils prennent ton message et te retourne lappel quand a leur adonne (et ce, quand retour il y a) Jai eu 2 discussions avec mon agente. Une au dpt de mes documents (le 27 fvrier) et lautre par tlphone pour me dire mes montants (le 5 avril, donc oui, 5 semaines de dlais alors quau dpt on mavait dit deux).
