ABSOLUTELY AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Too many issues to list, but ultimately I truly believe they enjoyed intentionally misleading my wife and I. Dishonest, rude, impossible to communicate with, inexperienced, immature amateurs. Most of the finish work (supposed to be completed as per contract by them) had to be competed by a third party paid for by us. Delivered the house, worked on it for 2 1/2 days, disappeared for 3 1/2 weeks, returned worked on it for 3 days left. Complete disaster. Almost nothing finished correctly. This all seemed to be by design as though they never had any intention of fulfilling their promises. Frustrating beyond belief. The minute we locked in and made our first payment everything started down hill! "fool me once"! Utter and complete disappointment, other than I would say the basic structure is well built!

We had our house built by Expert Maison in December of 2019, and moved in January 2020. We do love the house, however the entire project was a nightmare. The project manager assigned to our project was clearly inexperienced, and given their base office is in Rivire du Loup and were located just outside of Qubec City, there was clearly a lack of communication between him and the workers on-site. We ran into a multitude of problems with the house (both before AND after we moved in), mistakes were made (example they forgot to install the overhead shower pipe in the factory, so when the plumber installed the actual shower he plastered over the hole.) That being said my first shower the night we moved in resulted in a pipe bursting in the basement and we had water everywhere. Also had problems with the air exchange, our patio door was unevenly installed so it doesnt open/close properly. There were no maximums installed on the roof (they explained that they installed a new type of ventilation technology that is supposedly superior, however it does NOT work in the harsh winters we have when there is snow on the roof). Even our inspector insisted we need proper ventilation installed. There are other things as well but the list is too long. We have yet to get anything properly repaired because nobody from the company will return our phone calls, emails, etc. The only time they sent anyone to fix anything (our air exchange) they sent the supposed only person they had in Qubec city and this gentleman was NOT certified to be fixing the unit. He wound up inverting the intake/exhaust pipes causing an even bigger issue, but left without checking his work. We ended up having to find our own technician last minute just a few days before Christmas. Ultimately i DO NOT recommend this company. Horrible after-sale service and a total lack of professionalism on behalf of the project manager side of things. They did not take any ownership on any of the issues that occurred and instead tried to pass the blame on to the 3rd part contractors who did the actual physical work. AVOID this company unless you dont mind being screwed around.
