Je reois les photos dans une qualit inacceptable, de grosses lignes bleues horizontales sur les photos 8x10...J'appelle et on me dit que la machine tait dfectueuse et qu'ils ont trier les mauvaises photos mais que les miennes on t livres quand mme, que j'tais l'heureuse lue...Encore une fois je n'ai pas reu d'avis au pralable que les photos pouvaient tre mauvaises et que si c'tait le cas, de les contacter. On me dit que je recevrais par la poste un nouvel ensemble de photo au courant de la semaine suivante. Je n'ai toujours rien reu. J'appelle encore une fois et le monsieur me rponds ca :"Laissez-moi respirer madame, pourquoi tes-vous si press de recevoir vos photos?!"" C'est un gros manque de professionnalisme et de respect pour ses clients, surtout moi, due 3 reprises avec eux. Si l'anne prochaine l'cole fait encore affaire avec eux, je ne commanderai pas de photos. C'est termin pour moi.
