I moved (back) to QC 3 years ago after spending most of my life in southern BC, where the sushi is exceptional - I have been eating sushi for almost 40 years. La bote sushi's is even better. The rice was great and the fish fresh and abundant. The choice for makis is large, the flavours for the makis I chose were excellent (I'm sure they all are), and the staff courteous. I ordered from the menu. I recommend always ordering sushi from the menu (and wait for it) rather than to buy pre-packaged sushi, because the rice dries up and the fish is less fresh in pre-packaged sushi. I look forward to going back, regularly.
