Most rude person I've ever met, Aladin was the person who attended us. We had a problem with our card and we were trying to sort it with our bank, and they guy accused us of fraud and trying to be smart. I explained him we would pay one way or another, but he accused me of being smart and try to get the service for free, as well as getting very aggressive. He also mentioned that God will make us pay... honestly, it was unbelievable. Luckily, another colleague came by, understood our problem and allowed us to have 10 minutes to sort out the problem. Unfortunately I could not get the second attendant name, but he was outstanding. Finally we ended up paying, getting the SIM card that we needed and we also received some rude comments from Aladin, saying that God will make us pay and that we have to wait as long as he wants to get the receipts, as he is the boss of that store... we finally left without saying anything else in order to avoid extra problems, as we're only here for a month due to work. In summary, the worst experience I've ever had in a store.
