She knew what types of beer were located where on the shelves. She rhymed off flavours, essences, strengths, as my husband struggled to choose. Wow. I have been very impressed by Rouyn-Noranda and this lovely beer boutique is one of the reasons why. They also offer ready-made simple syrups, spice mixes, glass ware (for beer drinking, of course) and limited Chez Gibb merchandise like shirts, glasses, etc. If you enjoy alcohol, don't miss this little number!
