L'opratrice m'a mis en attente, revient et m'informe qu'elle a parl au propritaire de TRI-LOGIS et qu'on lui a dit que personne ne viendrait dans mon appartement ce soir-l pour constater le problme. Ce n'est qu'au milieu de la semaine suivante que j'ai t contact (chez ma mre, car on m'avait dit qu'il n'tait pas prudent de rester dans mon appartement) par le responsable du bureau qui m'a dit qu'ils taient en route pour mon appartement pour regarder le problme. C'tait l'une des fois o ils sont entrs dans mon appartement sans mon accord, vu qu'ils sont obligs de donner un pravis de 24 heures qu'ils veulent/ont besoin d'accs (sauf si c'est une urgence, mais vu qu'ils ont attendu 1 semaine pour venir voir le problme, j'ai peine considrait cela comme une urgence leurs yeux)! Ceci aprs avoir fourni des photos TRI-LOGIS le jour mme o j'ai dcouvert le problme. Nous sommes maintenant le 27 fvrier 2023 et je suis toujours chez ma mre. Le plancher a t ouvert et la situation en dessous a t value. Tout le bois en dessous est tremp et humide, et il y a de la moisissure. Leur travailleur qui a ouvert le sol n'a pas mis de plastique sur les portes, ni aucun de mes biens, en d'autres termes... tout mon appartement et mes biens sont contamins par des particules de moisissure/poussire. Et, comme si cela ne suffisait pas, tout le bois qu'il a enlev pour ouvrir le plancher qui tait moisi, il a laiss ce bois dans ma chambre appuy contre le bois pour la base de mon lit, et le mur pendant des mois ! Vers la mi-janvier, j'ai reu un e-mail demandant l'accs mon appartement, car les travaux de fermeture de l'tage devaient commencer. J'ai rcemment dcouvert qu'absolument aucun travail n'avait t fait. Tout au long de ce processus, personne ne m'a contact aucun moment pour voir si j'allais bien, pour voir si j'tais en manque de quoi que ce soit, etc. J'ai immdiatement inform l'entreprise que ma mre n'avait pas le droit d'avoir des animaux l o elle habite et plusieurs reprises j'ai contact TRI-LOGIS pour savoir s'ils avaient trouv un hbergement temporaire pour moi et mon chien car le propritaire chez ma mre habite juste en bas et elle a commenc me dranger tous les jours. Quand elle m'entendait descendre pour sortir mon chien, elle s'approchait de moi, me disait que je n'tais pas la bienvenue l-bas, qu'elle ne voulait pas de moi l-bas et me traitait mme de noms trs mchants. Je suis toujours oblig de payer mon loyer mme si je ne peux pas vivre dans mon appartement. Ce propritaire a achet l'immeuble o je rside (depuis 9 ans), en avril 2022, et chaque fois que son nom revient dans la conversation avec diffrentes personnes et certains anciens locataires, on ne me dit que des commentaires ngatifs car il a une si mauvaise rputation en tant que propritaire. de nombreuses reprises au cours des 6 derniers mois, Tri-Logis a permis des employs d'entrer dans mon appartement sans avoir ma permission, ce qui est non seulement contraire la loi mais aussi aux rgles du Tribunal Administraif du logement. TRI-LOGIS a non seulement enfreint les lois, n'a pas suivi les rgles du tribunal administratif du logement mais ils n'ont pas non plus respect mes droits civils de multiples faons. Je ne pense pas que je me sentirai trs en scurit dans mon appartement aprs tout cela, je me demanderai constamment si tout moment quelqu'un peut entrer. Cette situation m'a caus tellement de stress, au point que mon mdecin m'a rcemment augment mes mdicaments pour la tension artrielle et certains symptmes de mes autres problmes de sant ont augment.
