We have done business with other exterminators in the past, but Wildlife is simply in a class of its own both in Nicolas' expertise and in the fact that he does not want to sell solutions at all costs. He suggested options that were most appropriate for our situation. He also explained to us how to do the work ourselves to block the accesses through which the mice could enter if we wanted to do it ourselves. Nous avons contact Wildlife afin de remdier un problme de souris notre chalet. Nous avons t vraiment satisfait du travail accompli. Tout au long du processus, Nicolas a t rassurant, patient et trs professionnel. Nous avons fait affaire avec dautres exterminateurs dans le pass, mais Wildlife est tout simplement dans une catgorie part tant par lexpertise de Nicolas que par le fait quil ne souhaite pas vendre des solutions tout prix. Il nous a suggr des options qui taient les plus appropris notre situation. Il nous a aussi expliqu comment faire les travaux nous mmes pour bloquer les accs par lesquels les souris pourraient rentrer si nous souhaitions le faire nous mmes. Nous avons finalement dcid de retenir ses services pour procder ces travaux et nous navons pas t dus, Nicolas a une super belle attention aux dtails / finition et tait minutieux pour sassurer quaucun trou ne serait oubli. videmment, nous nesprons pas avoir utiliser ses services nouveau, mais si jamais nous avons besoin dun exterminateur pour tout autre situation dans le futur, nous savons qui appeler!
