        The App. I hate it. I have twins and thought why not plan ahead and send in my prescription refill through the app. Don't waste your time. You could've sent it from noon and arrive on time... just to wait and wait to be told "the system is late" aka I didn't see it. Put a disclaimer or update the app that Prescriptions won't actually be filed that day but within the next 24 hours. Or call to confirm and don't pay attention to the pick up times. Standing there for a half an hour knowing I have errands was frustrating.
