Terrible customer service. Our order was 3 weeks late and the jackets we spent over 150 dollars were not the correct ones. They refused to provide a refund even though it was not the product we ordered. The buffs we ordered were terrible quality with jagged edges everywhere. Do not go with this company!!

I guess my first review was taken down, our cycling tour company based in Niagara (Ontario) was promised Canadian made goods and products, as per the samples mailed to us ahead of our order. We really liked the products overall but when we started to complain the threats and insults started flying, by the owner. Now we are still in limbo after a second successful season, our jackets are still not sent and after some pressing the company agreed to re-make our short sleeve jerseys but only after we sent them back.
