Service is hit-or-miss (except for Mike, give that guy a raise!). Workers generally aren't very warm/open and they seem a bit disorganized. I ordered a bike through the annual warehouse clearout and they didn't bother providing me with some kind of proof of purchase; you are just supposed to trust them until they call you. When I went to pick up the bike, the addons I had ordered were not installed. They adjusted the seat height and that was about it. They do not offer aftercare service; tune-ups start at $70. Price/quality ratio in the boutique seems questionable. Wouldn't recommend going unless they are doing their annual sale in the back entrance (they do mailers for it) - go to Lessard instead.
