Having recently moved into the St. Bruno/St. Basile area, and wanting to upgrade my vehicle to accommodate our growing family, I decided to drop by the local Nissan/Infiniti dealership. Growing up, my family has been a big investor in Nissan/Infiniti vehicles, and we've always been proud of the service and quality we get from them. So when deciding to buy a new vehicle, we knew that we were ALSO looking to invest in not just a new car, but the dealership as well. I'm happy to say that from the minute I set foot inside the Nissan dealership on Sir Wilfred-Laurier, I was met with courtesy, respect, kindness and appreciation. I've never felt so welcomed at any dealer I've been to (and recently I'd visited a few in the search for this new vehicle). The level of courtesy was also met with the same level of knowledge and expertise. Both salespeople (Carlos and Benoit), I dealt with, were well versed in all aspects of the vehicles I was interested in, and allowed me to take multiple test drives, which helped me narrow down my choice of vehicle. They also worked to accommodate my schedule, ensuring they were available to meet at my discretion. My experience AFTER purchasing the vehicle has continued to be 5 star. Check ins and support were offered even after I had purchased the vehicle. Making sure I was happy with the product and the experience, and on hand should anything arise. Having gone through the whole experience, I'm happy to say that I feel confident with my purchase and investment in the dealership, thanks to the service and courtesy from the staff at St. Bruno Infiniti. I'd recommend them to any friend or family member.
