Being unable to pay after my fill-up, I went home to pre-authorize $100 of gas. In the end, I did not reach this amount, instead stopping at $70. Seeing the $100 debited from my credit card the same evening, I told myself that the amount would adjust after a few days. At the end of the month, having noticed that the amount had not been adjusted, I tried several times to reach them. A first time, the cashier took my information saying that I was going to be called back I tried to call back a second time, after a few days, where this time I was able to speak with a supervisor who informed me that they were updating their system and they were going to call me back the following Monday. We are now a week and a half later and still no news. I find it a shame to have to spend so much energy on this, especially since we are talking about "only" $30. Vraiment du du service. Jai t ce dpanneur pour mettre de lessence le 25 Octobre dernier. tant impossible de payer aprs mon plein, je suis rentr pour pr-autoriser 100$ dessence. Je nai finalement pas atteint ce montant sarrtant plutt 70$ .Voyant le 100$ debit sur ma carte de crdit le soir mme, je me suis dit que le montant allait sajuster aprs quelques jours. la fin du mois, ayant remarqu que le montant navait pas t ajust, jai tent plusieurs reprises de les rejoindre. Une premire fois, le caissier a pris mes informations disant quon allait me rappeler jai tent de rappeler une deuxime fois, aprs quelques jours, o jai pu cette fois parler avec un superviseur qui ma inform quils procdaient une mise jour de leur systme et quils allaient me rappeler le lundi suivant. Nous sommes maintenant une semaine et demi plus tard et toujours pas de nouvelles. Je trouve dommage davoir dpenser autant dnergie pour cela, surtout quon parle seulement de 30$. Lerreur est humaine, mais laccumulation de ses erreurs deviennent plus que frustrantes. Je ne remettrais plus les pieds cette endroit!
