We had an amazing experience at this BMO branch specifically with Wendi Mejia who accompanied us throughout the sale of our condo and the purchase of our new house, which had some financial intricacies. She was always very responsive. We didnt have to make it physically to the branch, everything was done remotely which we highly prefer.

Wish I had zero star option to choose! Drove 20 min from my house on a Saturday as the google as well as the branch windows itself both clearly say they are open on Saturdays/Samedi from 09:00 to 16:00 but this was the second time I fell in this trap. They are never open on Saturdays! It was last time I tried that branch. :(
