(Translated by Google) The first sink counter, delivered with the vanity after 4 months rather than the 10 weeks announced, was visibly scratched, small and large scratches. It took everything for them to take our comments seriously. After several weeks and multiple communications from us, and without even going to see the situation on the spot, they ended up offering to come and re-polish the surface, although we were convinced, and we let them know, that this measure would not be sufficient. When they finally did show up, they finally noticed right away and admitted that the product was faulty: just moving a bottle on it caused scratches. They delivered another vanity top as a replacement, but we had to fight to avoid having to pay the extra cost of having the vanity top replaced by our contractor. And surprise, this new sink counter is also visibly scratched after only a few days of use! What will this counter look like in a couple of years?! We are still running after them but it is radio silence Wetstyle, high-end products?! Surely not, unless only the price counts, because Wetstyle products are not cheap! At the price paid, the quality should be FLAWLESS. And what about the initial delivery which took more than twice the expected time! And where is the customer service?? They stick their heads in the sand and avoid responding to their customers as much as possible. In short, you will understand, we do not recommend the company at all and we will never buy their products again. Aprs plusieurs semaines et de multiples communications de notre part, et sans mme se dplacer pour constater sur place la situation, ils ont fini par nous proposer de venir repolir la surface, bien que nous tions convaincus, et nous leur avons laiss savoir, que cette mesure ne serait pas suffisante. Lorsquils ont fini par se prsenter, ils ont finalement tout de suite constat et admis que le produit tait dfectueux : le simple fait de dplacer une bouteille sur celui-ci causait des gratignures. Ils ont livr un autre comptoir-lavabo en remplacement, mais nous avons d nous battre pour ne pas avoir payer les frais supplmentaires occasionns par le remplacement du comptoir-lavabo par notre contracteur. Et surprise, ce nouveau comptoir-lavabo sgratigne aussi vue doeil, aprs seulement quelques jours dutilisation ! Il aura lair de quoi ce comptoir dans une couple dannes ?! On courre encore aprs eux mais cest silence radio Wetstyle, des produits haut-de-gamme ?! Srement pas, sauf si seul le prix compte, car ils ne sont pas donns les produits Wetstyle! Au prix pay, la qualit devrait tre IRRPROCHABLE. Et que dire de la livraison initiale qui a pris plus que deux fois le temps prvu ! Et o est le service aux clients ?? Ils se mettent la tte dans le sable et vitent le plus possible de rpondre leurs clients. Bref, vous laurez compris, on ne recommande pas du tout la compagnie et nous nachterons plus jamais leurs produits.

I ordered some bathroom furniture. The website advertises four weeks as an approximate delivery date. A month and a half after I placed the order, they are giving me an estimated delivery date four months after the date of the order. Now I have a bathroom half-finished and there is nothing I can do about it.
