Be warned! i closed purchase of my house at end of March with this notary.my bank had a 1000 dollar notary fee promotion on the mortgage. after 3 weeks called the bank to ask why they haven't credited me this money yet. the bank already sent the money to notary and they were suppose to deduct it from the notary fee but they didn't. additionally, they didn't even contact me or anything just pocketed the money and hoped i forget about it or i don't know about the promotion.
