Long wait times. My wife waited for one and a half hours, after seeing an optometrist, for a sales person to take care of her. The default excuse: "You're next!" Sellers trying to sell mounts by any means, even if you bring your own, and they are accepted by the optometrist. After two hours, we just walked out. The person that was serving us went out for a break, before finishing serving us. Very disappointed.

They arent have professionals to change lens on glasses, same thing in any other place do without problems. It's not the first time I've seen this here. The ophthalmologist was unfriendly and the prescription he wrote was not complete, I had to pay extra in another place to get optical glasses made to more accurate measurements.

Cependant, mon propre optomtriste ne voulait plus me voir car je suppose qu'il ne pouvait plus rien faire pour moi et que je venais trop souvent pour les mmes symptmes selon lui. Je trouvais cela trange de refuser un patient...surtout que des yeux sches, cela ne se rgle pas qu'en 2 mois. Je suis l me stresser pour mes yeux quand tout ce que je voulais tait d'avoir la conscience en paix.. Bref, je mets 2 toiles car j'avais eu un bon service dans le temps.
