Them fax machine has problem never receive prescription , it was not only one time, today I call my doctor check the number , everything was correct on doctor side, I ask to send the prescription, Doctor's secretary send the prescription and I contact the pharmacy to get confirmation The didn't receive it this senario happend to me 3 times with 3 diffrent doctor, How is possible 3 doctor's office sending and pharmacy doesn't receive. Just incompetent...wish I gave them 0 stars I will change my pharmacy first week of January familyprix, uniprix or etc in saint bruno any pharmacy can give good service , this pharmacy is headache
