        I have never in my life received such pitiful service. I contacted Michelle Lalonde on several occasions and since I never heard from her, I decided to call her to finally be told that she was not aware of my file, that she wasn't going to do my taxes. A total lack of respect during the call, no professionalism, completely ignorant, no support, no empathy. I am in no way suggesting doing business with H&R Block Saint Bruno and especially not this person. I was in no way confident with her and this branch. Pay attention!
