He turned my recent terrible frustrating experience 180 degrees after another representative rented the only machine I have reserved to another client just an hour before my arrival where I had everything arranged for the day, I had to spend half my day running around to try finding a machine to do the job but no luck. After coming back to Home Depot I met Benoit who was very helpful, he called the previous customer who rented the machine and made an arrangement with him so I could have the machine the next morning.
