Ce printemps, je le recontacte pour lui poser des questions, mais monsieur ignore mes textos... Je ne ferai plus jamais affaires avec cette cie... Suite et Rponse Spa Laurentides : Je vous ai cris au mme numro que j'ai toujours utilis et avant vous rpondiez rapidement... De plus vous n'avez jamais mentionn la ncessit de fermer le fusible dans la maison, sinon nous l'aurions fait et le ferons l'avenir comme scurit supplmentaire. Mais cela ne change rien au fait que le spa n'a pas t correctement dbranch. L'erreur est humaine, mais le fait que vous n'tes pas prt reconnatre votre erreur (que vous nous mettez sur le dos) et fuyez devant vos responsabilits constitue le problme principal et la preuve que votre service a la clientle est dfaillant.
