Dropped off two sports jackets December 8th, told they would be ready December 13th. Come on December 13th and only one is ready. I am told the other one will be there in 1-2 days and the will call. Nobody called. I call late in the week and am told it is expected that day and someone will call. No call. I call again on December 21st and told it will be ready by 16:00 and they will call. No call. I call again on December 22nd and am finally told my sports jacket worth several hundred dollars is not lost, but possibly misplaced amongst 1 of 14 other locations. That's lost! Not only that there is no immediate compensation for the acknowledged lost item and I'm getting the run around. Expensive, poor service and they lose your stuff and are dishonest about it.
