Des articles mal proposs (bain de 60 x 30po propos quand j'ai une salle de bain immense et qui tait une grandeur non-standard dans l'industrie). On ne ma pas fait penser autres possibilits; jai d poser beaucoup de questions (quon ma mentionne davoir fait par la suite). J'ai d reporter le dbut des travaux de 3 semaines pour notre rencontre de remise du plan final et proposition de cramique pour finalement rencontrer sa collgue pour me proposer des cramiques 9.25$pc qui taient en rupture de stock. J'ai d prendre une journe de cong pour magasiner mes cramiques moi-mme et courailler partout. Dautant plus, la quantit de cramique recommande par DI ntait pas suffisante et a laurait pu causer beaucoup de dsagrment si mon fournisseur navait pas de surplus de stock du mme lot. J'ai rencontr d'autres designers dans ma recherche de cramique qui avaient entendu d'autres mauvais commentaires sur leurs services par leurs clients. Ceci ma tout simplement confirm que je ntais pas une cliente difficile. Bref, j'aurais clairement mis notre argent ailleurs dans notre projet de rnovations que payer pour les services et le stresse caus par Dcor Influence. Je crois que les seules propositions entirement conseilles par DI qui ont t appliques au projet taient le plan de lumires et la couleur du coulis. Une application de plans sur un tlphone et le mme temps investi de mon ct aurait pu nous donner le mme rsultat pour beaucoup moins cher.
