Smokebox Fumoir & BBQ

I've ordered 3 times and still haven't gotten my food. 1st order: cancelled after 30 min of waiting because they "sold out" an item 2nd order: Randomly cancelled after 15 minutes of placing it. 3rd order: "Sold out" another item I chose off the menu and thus canceled my order. I've tried calling multiple times and nobody ever picks up the phone. Orders we're placed on a weekday at around 5pm well before closing time.

Had our food delivered, so can't attest to service or atmosphere. But the food was amazing. Had the brisket sandwich with a side of macaroni salad. Portion wise, note that it's a bit on the smaller side (you can definitely eat it all) so you might be craving more brisket when you finish - but at that price, it's not a complaint. I will be trying the brisket plate next time (very soon). I also got to taste the macaroni and cheese - delicious!

Ordered on ubereats didn't get anything had to cancel order.... Very disappointing...after my order was place waited 45 min for the app to tell me I could not get the food and to change my order or cancel as there was no more pulled pork. However I was unable to pick anything else as the option to order was unavailable I had to cancel and order uber eats from another restaurant in the area. Not under driver issue.

Simply some of the best BBQ you can get. The mac & cheese is not greasy or oily. The ribs are tender and absolutely delicious. Even the potato salad is on point. This is some of the best food you can get in the area.

Trash. Claims they mainly do take-out, can't even complete a single order. Cancels twice for no apparent reason. Customer service 101
