Convoluted equals $$$$ but not necessarily great tasting food. It's the second time I've been there and it's the second time I've been disappointed. The dishes are nice to look at but there should be more attention to seasoning than just presentation. So much work goes into "pommes paves" it really should have more flavour than just fried potatoes. Some elements in my plate were hot while others were barely warm. Desserts were good at least but, by themselves, not enough to bring me there again. Sorry for such an ordinary review considering that you work very hard. Edit: The service was good, servers quite pleasant.
