Long story short, I booked this chalet for New years Eve, on AIRBNB The Host (Felix) contacts me after my booking is confirmed and paid to tell me I needed to book a minimum of 3 nights and that I had to cancel my reservation..... ? I told him over 3 times how much I really wanted the chalet and that I was willing to book it for an extra day no problem but the system would'nt let me ! Dec 30th and january 3rd were already booked??? He told me to try again in 30 minutes since the agenda wasn't updated. 10 minutes later he decides to cancel our booking sending me the following message : ''sorry I got someone for an entire week'' Not only we had cancelled flights for this getaway but it's NYE !!!! How can you cancel on someone just like that, I was and still am super disappointed, Felix was so unprofessional and careless about his guests. We were paying around 4500$ for 3 nights. 0 appreciation, he doesn't deserve loyal guests. Stay far away from this man and his chalet
