This is what you get for 14$/sq.ft. Average quality, extremely high color variation for top dollar. 20% planks, as shown on the picture, are absolutely unacceptable, as a result of this i had to order 3 more boxes to complete the project. For this price i expected much better color consistency, minimum color/shade variation. If you can afford this kind of price, odrer a box or two, before you spend 20-30k on your floor. Store sample doesn't show much.

This maple flooring is awful! After less than one year, it is covered with scratches. Not pet friendly at all. Our dog is less than 50 pounds and gets groomed every six weeks. I am now looking at either refinishing it or ripping it out and starting over. Complete waste on money.

This floor is not pet friendly. I do not even have mine fully installed yet and there are scratches from our dogs despite having runners along the walk path. I would not recommend if you have a dog

I highly recommend Mirage Hardwood Floors, most especially because of the people Ive dealt with, including Sandy in Customer Service who led me to Jim McManus in Regional Sales. Jim was highly responsive and incredibly courteous. He resolved a very challenging situation for me that was not at all Mirage's fault and went the extra mile to coordinate with manufacturing and the distribution channel to resolve the situation. He made things happen when I couldn't get resolution. Wish more companies had people like him.
