Par contre mon impression en tant que parent qui pour la premire fois laissait ses enfants dans un camp tait "ordinaire". notre arriv, l'accueil n'tait pas chaleureuse pour les nouveaux campeurs mais plutt pour les habitus (ceux qui y allaient rgulirement) donc du coup on ne savait pas trop quoi faire, jusqu'au moment qu'on nous a demand d'accompagner nos enfants leur chambre. Cela aurait t bien d'avoir un service d'accueil pour les nouveaux afin de nous expliquer de A Z le fonctionnement et mme faire la visite des lieux afin de mettre les nouveaux parents en confiance. Il faisait trs froid dans les chambres notre arrive et une des monitrices m'a confirm qu'ils avaient mont le chauffage et que cela allait prendre un peu de temps. J'aurais aussi apprci de rencontrer la monitrice ou le moniteur de mes enfants comme premier contact... J'avais l'impression de dposer mes enfants dans une garderie sans structure, au chemin du retour, j'angoissais savoir si le chauffage fonctionnait, si les moniteurs taient gentils avec eux etc parce que mon premier contact ne s'tait pas bien pass. J'tais tonne de voir le nombre d'adolescents comme moniteurs.... je crois avoir vu uniquement 2 personnes qui semblaient avoir dans les alentour de 20 ans.... l'angoisse. Je vous avouerai que j'ai appell le landemain savoir s'ils avaient bien dormi... Mon fils m'a rapport qu' plusieurs reprises un plus grand lui faisait des "jambettes" et l'intimidait mais qu'il n'y avait pas eu d'intervention, mon fils avait aussi fait la demande de dormir avec sa plus grande soeur mais qu'on lui avait refus...ce que je peux comprendre mais si l'enfant a de la peine suite un vnement d'intimidation d'un autre jeune, je crois que j'aurais fais exception....Mon fils est plus jeune donc il a trouv 5 jours un peu long donc il m'a demand de ne plus l'envoyer labas que s'il y irait a serait pour 2 jours uniquement . Pour conclure, je crois qu'il y a toujours place l'amlioration mais que pour ma part, on n'y retournerai pas. Je prfre payer plus cher pour un service la clientle quitable et rassurant.
