Le jour de lvnement, presque 9h30, nous attendions toujours. Voyant le temps filer, nous les avons contact pour se rendre compte quils croyaient que le repas tait un souper. Puisque cest un mchoui, et que la cuisson de la viande requiert quelques heure, nous avons finalement dn 16h Autre chose, les serveuses ont cr bon de dboucher TOUTES les bouteilles de vin. Plus dune quinzaine de bouteilles nont pas t servies, et nous avons t forc de jeter/gaspiller tout ce vin (qui vous le savez, ne se conserve pas trs bien une fois ouvert). Puisque le paiement devait tre acquitt le jour-mme, et ce auprs dun employ, nous avons rgl le total des frais (puisque ce ntait pas le moment de ngocier, nous sommes dans un mariage). Nous avons donc cru bon de contacter le propritaire 3 jours plus tard, pour partager nos dceptions, et ce, avec la ferme intention de faire des commentaires constructifs. Le propritaire sest peine excus, ritr que sur son contrat ctait inscrit pour souper (quand sur notre version papier de notre ct, il est bel et bien inscrit dner). Il a paru estomaquer que lon ai jet le vin, mais malheureusement nous ne buvons pas dalcool (ctait pour les invits). Le propritaire na t daucune compassion et comprhension, mme dit quil devait raccrocher car il avait du travail. Il nous a offert un infime ddomagement (montant ridicule) qui ne couvre ni le trouble davoir fait patienter 4h les invits avant de manger, ni les pertes reli au vin.
