Worst service ever, it took them 2 months to complete a simple warranty repair on my audio receiver. They were not providing any kind of follow up, If you call they tell you that it should only take another week... if there one guy who's responsible for shipping equipments between there offices is on vacation guess what? You have to wait for him to return before you get your device back!! When your device is ready, they call but do not leave any messages so you are expected to guess that it is ready for pickup. I'm not even talking about the fact that I waited 1 hours in front of their store in the middle of the day when a "be back in 15 minutes" sign was displayed in their windows. Just horrible!
