I have never experienced a bank and a branch provide such horrible service to its clients. I have been told 5 different things by 5 different people for one problem that I have. On top of everything this branch cant provide me any service in English. Working a 9-5 job with a family, I cant go into the branch because they close at 3pm and 5pm during the week , while not being open on weekends. I dont recommend Desjardin to anyone.

25 year desjardin. had little to no problem. only "get out of the guichet!" at midnight cause i was freezing to death and took a 5 minute break after finishingmy cofee. but i understand the security side of it. just a bit intense that 25 years of interest from me and cant have 5 minute heat at midnight -40 when all cofee store are close. i get it, it just intense. they theyre for money not free heat.
