Got my heat exchange unit installed in 2018. Paid extra for Mitsubishi as they were at the top of my research at the time. The installers came and did the work, nothing was amiss. I let the system off for 24 hours to give it time to defrost including the water line. Clean everything I can get to (filters, outside unit, etc) Friday, I get the same thing after restarting the unit. I call after hours at the emergency number to have someone call me back in the AM... Not was I told that heat exchange units were not serviceable out of regular hours but after taking my information, no one ever call me on Saturday. This means I will be out of AC for the weekend... Support on units is even more important than the sale because guess what... word of mouth is how I got to know you. No service available during weekends? What if it's 30C on a saturday night? Does this make any sense to you? Yes, it is inconvenient to have to repair a unit on saturday or sunday but...
