If there is a fire in their kitchen and they have to evacuate by the front, there is no way my elderly parents will be able to negotiate through the accumulated snow and ice on their front steps! This company, by their negligence are putting my parents lives in peril! If I could give them 0 stars that would be appropriate! Update: No response to text messages, no response to voice mails, terrible terrible service! I drove around looking at other driveways in the area and their removal jobs were half done and messy!
