Worst supplier experience Ive ever had. Extremely poor communication, well below expectations. Very slow response, if you even get one at all! They have shipped products that dont even work multiple times. Tech support is hard to get and they have missed scheduled appointments multiple times.

I am handicapped and live on a second storey so I had an elevator installed that I access outside. I CAN NOT OPEN THE DOOR in a wheelchair or if I use my two canes. Atlas was well aware that I am handicapped and I have called so many times for them to adjust the doors so I can open them and have had absolutely no service. Adult men find the doors very hard to open, nevermind trying to open them in a wheelchair. Do NOT have an elevator installed until you personally go and visit one that they have installed to make sure you will be able to open the doors!!!! otherwise you will be a prisoner in your home unless you have someone to open the door for you....
