        I purchased a bunch of Guinois et Freres celery in Sarasota Florida at Datwilers Farmers market this month. I have had it for over 2 weeks, and it is still as crisp and full flavored as the day I bought it. My thoughts on tasting it after the purchase was that it was the best, freshest celery I have ever tasted.
