Je fais un appel de service. On me changera la tte de lit au complet. Un autre dlai dattente a subir. Finalement on nous annonce la livraison de la nouvelle tte de lit, mercredi dernier, 7 dcembre 2022. Dception, la tte de lit nest pas complte. Les livreurs repartent avec la tte. Nous sommes vraiment dus et insatisfait de cette compagnie. On demande dacheter qubcois mais le rsultat ny est pas. Nous tions ravis de trouver un tel produit prs de chez nous mais la qualit demeure questionable. Je ne crois pas que je vais pouvoir recommander ce fabricant de meubles. Elle se vante doffrir qualit et solidit. La preuve, pour nous na pas t faite. Donc, encore une dception et une attente indue pour une saga qui se terminera quand?
