Fraud. Beware, they renew services automatically every year, without your authorisation. We called in July to update our contract to a new house, and were told to call back in Ocotober. Once we called in October, we were told there was an outstanding balance on our account from a service provided in July on a property we no longer owned or lived at.. We were told that since we didn't cancel the contract they will keep servicing the same address until we do.. Horrible way to run a company!
