Lors de la prise de possession le personnel a t d'un professionnalisme hors du commun au service pour la livraison du produit. Deux problmes sont survenus. Je remarque cependant qu'un produit annonc (panneau solaire) n'tait pas inclut. A la fabrication une documentation a t mise par erreur par le fabricant laissant croire que le produit tait inclut. La direction de Roulottes Rmillard est intervenue auprs du fabricant et j'ai reu mon panneau. Deuxime problme, je pars en camping aussitt pour le week-end et revient avec une liste de petits ajustements et rparations urgentes a faire. J'apporte la roulotte lundi midi et mardi AM , le lendemain je reois du service un appel, la roulotte est prte. Je ne peux faire autrement que donner 5 toiles a cette entreprise qui dans un contexte de dbut de saison donne un service client hors-pair!
