Faites votre avis sur cette compagnie comme vous voulez, mais moi je ne ferais plus affaire avec eux.

J'arrive de travailler le soir, le Tempo n'est pas install, la cl, l'argent, la note sont toujours dans la bote aux lettres et j'ai un message sur le rpondeur maison comme quoi le cabanon tait barr. Une dame me rappelle quelques semaines plus tard (le dame qui j'ai parl le matin du 3) pour m'aviser qu'on passerait lundi le 21 en fin d'aprs-midi toujours. Je remets donc tout le kit dans la bote aux lettres. Je reois un appel sur le cell auquel je ne peux pas rpondre pendant que je suis au travail. Pendant que l'appelant laisse un message sur la bote vocale, j'envoie un texto indiquant que tout est dans la bote aux lettres. Aucun retour, aucun signe de vie. J'arrive le soir, rien de fait. J'appelle (encore) personne ne rpond. Je laisse un message. Aucun retour d'appel. a fait 4 jours. Ce n'est JAMAIS arriv qu'on se prsente l'heure. Il y a toujours eu des ppins. Toujours. dit: J'ai reu un appel ce matin. Le problme semblait venir du fait que les gens du bureau ne passaient pas les messages aux installateurs et n'apportaient pas les corrections au dossier du client. Le problme semble tre rgl.
