Do not ever go to this H Grgoire in St Jerome . I only went there because my Jeep broke down in Piedmont and I towed it to the nearest dealer . Always ( usually ) went to Boulevard Dodge Chrisler were I always had great service . H Grgoire will do absolutely minimum effort to help you out . They replaced a start button on my Jeep for over $500.00 dollars without calling me first .This was not EVEN the problem . They told me after replacing the start button that the problem is the BCM switch ( part of the computer ) and this part is back ordered until end of FEBUARY minimum . We are December 30 th presently . This dealership pads their hours . Be careful . They will charge you for a ridiculous amount of hours ( time - labour ). I now heard and talked to other people who have had the exact same experience with this dealership . Up to you . GOOD LUCK !
