No stability in terms of projects, methodology and hours, meaning you never know if you're gonna work 40 hours, on what (which game/app, what platform, will you do testing or compatibility, etc) and how (which database to use, who is your lead/PM, which documentation will you need, etc). Every change is a train wreck, you're always waiting for new credentials, clearance, access and permission from someone. Testers have absolutely no autonomy and every single little thing will be watched, micromanaged and commented on, depending on who you're working with. Most employees are kids, which leads to a very unprofessionnal environment, especially on multiplayer projects. The HR are uneffective when asked to take actions, the evaluations are ridiculously arbitrary depending who is your PM, permanences are a joke (you can wait up to 5 years to get it, and even then... And finally, the salary is insulting and won't allow a single person to live off of it. This company is riddled with incopetent people who don't wat to see things evolved. Someone serious who wants a nice job will end up frustrated. Everyone is treated like a child and, unfortunately because their lack of criterias when hiring, most testers will prove them right.
