I leave voice-mails, send emails...they either respond with incorrect and inaccurate reply or don't call/respond at all. Terrible service, as a paying patient, waiting in pain for weeks on end, running after them with no success, I will never do business here again! I'm beyond fed-up and frustrated at their lack of competence, understanding or respility they have shown.

I was referred to a maxillo-facial specialist by a dentist that I saw for an urgent case. This clinic called me the next day to schedule an appointment 2 days later (I know, I lucked out!). I ended up seeing Dr. Perkins about my issue, and he was great. One of the things I appreciated is that he took to the time to ask many questions and he actively listened to me to better understand what was going on. As it turns out, my issue does not require a specialist (fingers crossed, that doesn't change!) but Dr. Perkins did not seem all that bothered about this (i.e. having to see a patient unnecessarily, since a dentist could have probably confirmed the issue in question). Very down-to-earth, super knowledgeable and communicates easily in French and English. The reception staff were also really friendly. Highly recommend!
