The website is beyond useless and impossible to navigate. When I finally brought up my order, it showed nothing ...no update from the day it was made and Johanne sent me a copy. I would give you and Nathalie five stars!We had some troubles with our Nordic Track C-1750 treadmill a few months after we purchased it. Your customersupport people were very good to work with. Various effortswere made to fixthe problem but all to no avail. Then the company approved us to get a replacement treadmill. Nathalie was very on top of things and kept us informed as to every step being taken by your company to honour the warranty. I was shipped the wrong parts after specifically informing them via email and to the customer service agent on the phone what parts I needed for my bike brand. Was given a price with no shipping. Then was called back to advise shipping price. Then forgot to add taxes. All in all, $107 for parts that do not belong to my bike brand. Took over a month to finally speak to someone because they called me but one cannot call their customer service department as it's all prerecorded messages and they hang up on you without being able to speak with a live agent. Sent parts back. It cost me $27 because I waited 3 weeks for someone to answer my email or call me. They have a 30 day cut off or no refunds would be issued. I was informed that for any parts returned/received after the 30 day cutoff would not be considered for refund. I had no choice but to pay for a courier to ship them back within the 30 days or I would lose all of my money. They keep 10% of the cost of the parts after they "inspect" them. So, $50 spent on useless parts after I specifically told them the brand of bike I had. Unbelievable! I would NEVER buy anything from them ever again!
