If you are coming for a hockey tournament, DO NOT STAY HERE. Their cancellation policy is ridiculous. You can not adjust your booking once you receive a tournament schedule. Play Russian Roulette with a couple of hundred dollars. We were allowed to adjust our booking only up to 4 weeks in advance. What a joke. There is absolutely no where for parents and kids to gather for the typical tournament evening. If you even step foot near the dinning area, they will come after you. You can rent a conference room, but only until 11pm and it will cost $200. Ive never been to a hotel where they are so unwilling to accommodate people. The rooms stink, bathrooms are tiny. Breakfast is useless. Thankfully Tim Hortons is next door. Id expect A LOT more for $200 a night. It costs the same to stay at a nice hotel. Unfortunately everything was booked. Do not recommend. The tournaments should remove them from their play and stay list. Rooms: Small, outdated and smell terrible.
