I saw dre Ricard in September 2021. She couldnt help me as my situation required a neurologist that specializes in the autonomic nervous system. She sent a referral which was refused in October (most likely since she didn't put any actual information on the referral) and never contacted me to tell me it was refused, which is her obligation, so now I've been waiting for an appointment that was never going to happen and if i didnt call the hospital to see what was happening, i would still be waiting! Terrible doctor and terrible person for treating a patient like this! I will be making a complaint to the physician board!
