Prsence aussi de coquerelle au premier tage (c'est la faute des locataires selon le propritaire). Le proprio fait rien, ne rpare rien ou presque et ainsi de suite. Si tu refuse sont augmentation drisoire de 7 % de loyer, il t'amne au TAL. C'est de loin le pire endroit ou j'ai rester, ni plus, ni moins.
