Terrible reception. I had to call to confirm my appointment as I hadnt heard back from them. I did so for a couple days and every time i called, it went to voicemail just for me to receive a call during hours i specified in my voicemail that i was unavailable. Its at this point that im told what i should bring to my appointment scheduled for the next hour. They didnt care that im unable to bring these things because im already on the way. Its an hour long drive. I could have been called the day before or the week before to tell me this. I finally get there and im told she will not make me a file and i can not see the doctor. Super last minute and unorganized. I dont understand how people call this place warm and welcoming.
